Answer to Falsely accused of sexual harassment, what should I do?

A tough situation for sure. You should probably contact a local employment attorney ASAP to represent you in any proceedings about the situation.

Answer to suspended from work without any notice, what can I do about this?

If your manager did not tell you that you are not supposed to be working then you need to contact your boss ASAP. You may have been terminated and should file for unemployment. See more at http://www.kielichlawfirm.com/dallas-employment-lawyer-fired-unemployment-benefits/

Answer to Our employer states if we do not sign out at the end of the day, employees will only be paid until lunch. Legal??

No, you must be paid for each hour of work performed. Your employer can discipline you for failure to properly clock in and out, as some employers do.

Answer to I have 120 hours of vacation time that the company states is owed to me, but my store manager keeps

If Hobby Lobby has a policy to pay out accrued but unused vacation time then it must comply with that policy. The easiest approach is likely to file a wage claim with the TWC for the vacation pay.

Answer to violation of equal pay laws? (woman making more than men)

This certainly seems like a potential claim for wage-based sex discrimination. In these situations working with an employment attorney is important. Learn more at http://kielichlawfirm.com/employment-law/sex-discrimination/ about sex discrimination claims.

Answer to what should i do ? i asked my company to pay instead of get pay i got fired

There is still time to file a claim with the TWC for unpaid wages. You could also talk to an employment attorney in your area about possible retaliation claims in addition to the unpaid wages if you haven't already received the wages.

Answer to breaking "policies and procedures" when there isn't any in place, can i be released from my job?

Assuming what you have described is the totality of relevant facts, your employer was free to create rules on the spot and discipline you for violating them, even retroactively. This is the problem with the at-will relationship. Of course, if terminated for a concocted rule you probably have a good claim for unemployment benefits through the TWC. Answer to Defamation? 3rd party lie got me fired.

Possibly. It's hard to say more specifically without knowing more details. It's a worth your time to talk to a local employment attorney in greater detail.
