About Me:
Robert B. Kapitan graduated from Miami University in 1996 with a B.S. in Finance and from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2001. While in law school, Robert was a member of the Journal of Law and Health, the International Moot Court Team and President of the International Law Students Association. Robert represents management, labor union and employee clients in business matters at all administrative and judicial levels. His experience includes representation in mediations, arbitrations, litigation, and appellate advocacy in Ohio and several other state courts, a number of federal courts including the Northern District of Ohio, and agencies including the Ohio State Employment Relations Board, Ohio Industrial Commission, Job and Family Services, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Department of Labor. Robert is licensed to practice in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, and has been rated in the top 2.5% of Ohio lawyers under the age of 40. He lives in Broadview Heights with his wife, Sarah, and three daughters, Celeste, Olivia and Emilia.
