Boca Raton attorney focused on FLSA, overtime, wrongful termination, FMLA, unpaid commissions, and other aspects of employment law and disputes which arise in the workplace. Also handles other civil litigation matters.

Mr. Cassata is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law at Champaign-Urbana and practices primarily in the area of employment law. He is admitted to practice in Florida and in federal court before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. He is also a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Florida and National Employment Lawyers Association. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cassata worked as a reporter for the Chicago Tribune.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Cassata also was an adjunct professor of journalism during the Fall 2005 semester at Florida International University.
