Answer to i have been working six year same store more than 70 hour everyday every holiday they never pay me overtime they pay me every moth $850 paycheck rest of cash no overtime i get fried with out resign without notice. what can i do for them?

You may be entitled to overtime compensation. There are several factors that go into that analysis. So, I highly recommend that you contact an employment lawyer who also handles overtime cases on a regular basis.
