With more than 20 years of legal experience,

Board of Trial Advocates, a director of the
Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and a long-time

has been listed for more than a decade under the category
of Labor and Employment Law in the book "The Best Lawyers in
America." On at least five occasions, federal judges have,
in their written opinions, noted Mr. Molberg’s knowledge and

the best lawyers in Dallas in the employment law field.
Mr. Molberg has tried numerous cases, including class actions,
involving race, sex, age, disability and national origin
discrimination, sexual harassment, employment contract breaches,
Family & Medical Leave Act violations, whistleblower claims,
retaliation, minimum wage and overtime compensation, sexual
assault and molestation, civil rights and election law.
In addition, he has tried or otherwise handled hundreds of
personal injury matters involving workers’ compensation,
wrongful death, negligence, products liability and intentional
wrongdoing. He has recovered millions for those injured by
sexual harassment, workplace discrimination and abusive or
negligent conduct.
Mr. Molberg is a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme
Court, the Fifth and Eleventh U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals,
various United States District Courts, and all Texas
courts, including the Texas Supreme Court, where he has

many legal articles, including a chapter of a book published by
the State Bar of Texas, and frequently speaks to a variety of
groups on topics involving employment and labor law. Mr. Molberg
is the former Chairman of the Dallas County Democratic Party and
he currently serves as the senior member of the State Democratic
Executive Committee, where he chairs the subcommittee on
