About Me:

I represent employees and employers with litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania involving discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants (agreements not to compete) and trade secrets. I also help negotiate severance agreements. There are many things we can do to help employers who want to do the right thing avoid litigation through well drafted policies, handbooks and dealing sensitively with difficult personnel situations.

I have 25 years experience as a litigator in both major law firms and now as the managing partner of a boutique law firm specializing in employment law. Earlier in my career, I was an editor of the NYU Law Review, a law clerk to Judge Gibbons of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and a law school professor.
