12 year employee
I have worked for a major corporation since February 1997. Since June of 2006 I have been a Sunday employee. I transferred to an Antioch location February of 2007 as a Sunday only employee. As of March 2009 the company is changing its policy that all weekend employees must work both Saturday and Sunday. Is it legal for me to lose my job since I can not work Saturday's as well? (I currently have 3 jobs and am a single mother of a 2 year old and it is physically impossible). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's an unfortunate situation you describe, but probably not illegal. Absent some impact on a protected group (for example, interference with a weekend religious observance), I am not aware of anything that would prohibit this employer from implementing this policy.
