About Unemployment
our company just took over where I work, I am asst Food Service director, because I have medical restrictions on lifting over 20 pounds, I had to have a conference call, they clarified on paper as a asst i could not perform the asst duties, then they went to cook position, same thing, i could not perform those duties. then on to diet aide they decided i could. they kepot me at asst, but said if employees are unable to continue to help we would have to have another conference call. since i can not on paper do the job, am i entitled to unemployment? the ask about my mental status, but it is my right, to privacy, so i did not tell them, i had major depression and anxiety, among other medical condition, arthritis in multiple joints, degenerative disease, fibromyalgia. i was the only one this happened to.
