Accused of lying about injury after PD rating.

My DOI is 08/2008. Everything has been going along fine until I was determined permanent and stationary in April, as of this month I recieved notice from my claims adminisrator that I would no longer recieve PD benefits I am on tape doing what is beyond my ability. I have a identaical twin who lives with me and she is the actual person filmed, I have seen it. Should I get a attorney at this point. I have not recieved any payments or medical services for the past two weeks because of this. The QME also examined the tape said it was me and he wont see me again until he recvieves in writing from the investigator firm used that it was not me filmed, they made an error, while my claims administrator has stated that QME has refused to see me again that I have to redo a new QME, I think this is all fraud becasue the original QME gave me such a high disability rating. What should I do?
