Back Pay

I am in Dallas, Texas. My employer is in Michigan. I am in H1B visa.

My employer has lots of back pay to me. He is keep on procrastinating to pay it. Kindly provide me the options.

You can make a claim with the Texas Workforce Commission. That is a state agency.
