Religious discrimination depends on many factors

It depends. Although discrimination on the basis of religion is illegal
in Illinois, to know whether the situation you ask about is illegal, one
would have to know what the employer's business is, how the employer
treats other employees who want to have Sundays off for reasons other
than to attend church, what reason the employer gives for not permitting
the time off and how many employees the employer has. Champaign is just
under a two hour drive from Peoria. I have an introductory rate to
review your case with you and give you a preliminary indication whether
I think I can be off assistance of $67.50 for a half hour consultation.
Please call my office if you want an appointment. The number is
217-352-7676.
