Can I still get another job and still receive severance pay?

I wanted to know if My daughter can still receive severance pay if she finds another job during the time frame that she is receiving severance. Will the severance package prevent her from getting another job?

This depends entirely on what it says in her severance agreement. In most cases, the answer would be yes, but whatever the agreement says will control.
