Can an employer choose to pay a w2 employee via 1099 for work that has already been completed?
Can my employer choose to pay me via 1099 for work that had already been completed prior to leaving the company if I had been paid under w2 while still with the company?
Also, what is the time frame for employers to pay all remaining wages once an employee voluntarily leaves a company in Colorado?
