Can employer require you to sign a schedule package agreement, violate it every week, then deduct 'points' if you call in on what were supposed to be your agreed-upon days off?
Walmart eliminated flexibility for employees, but they're still able to schedule outside the agreement. If you call in you lose points, up to nine, at which point they terminate you. Would that be wrongful termination in any way, considering the agreement is one-sided?
