Can my employer deduct from my KINCARE and FMLA annual allotment for the SAME absence?
I requested to use FMLA for my absence and FMLA protection was approved. Yet my employer is deducting from my KINCARE "and" FMLA annual allotment for the same absence, telling me KINCARE and FMLA run concurrent. Is this true?
