Company policy does not prohibit facial hair.
If a company's policy doesn't state that it prohibits facial hair. Can an employee who was initially hired with facial hair and then fired only as a result of having facial hair take any sort of legal action?

I just found your request buried in my email. Facial hair, if it is tied to your racial identity, might be relevant in an EEO case. You should probably try to have a discussion with your personnel people and try to understand why the policy exists and what kind of compromise might be possible. If you want legal advice, you will need to find a lawyer. I am not able to represent you.
