Drug testing and consent
My predecessor conducted pre-employment drug screens without notification or a consent form signed.
I hired 10-12 people in a very short time and did not test due not having forms in place. I have since put forms; notices, diclosures, and consent in place and will continue with our pre-employment drug screening moving forward.
What about the 10-12? I can't go back and test.. It iwll show a discrepancy in our consistency.
