FMLA Statue of Limitation for Filing in Federal Civil Court
What is the statue of limitations to file a civil suit against an employer who lowers a yearly performance award amount because I invoked FMLA and was out for a few weeks in the past year? I hoped the union would handle this, but they are not representing me as I would like or am legally entitled.

I just got your request - didn't realize I had a new message from this site -- I don't remember the SOL, but the US Dept of Labor should be able to answer the question - give them a call if you haven't already gotten an answer
