Falsely Accused
A girl I work with has falsely accused me a sexual harassment. Any contact between us was always intiated by her, I have many witness's that she was always asking me for a hug. She was interested in dating me as I was her until I found out she had a boyfriend. She was always commenting on my butt, and told many people that she was going to try me out and maybe break up with her boyfriend. She called often and even came over to my house. I lost interest when I found out she had a boyfriend and started dating a girl not from my work place, after I didn't call her anymore or pay her a lot of attention she filed the sexual harassment charge, just two days prior I was in the store on my day off with a friend another employee and she asked me for a hug. This whole thing is confusing me because I really haven't seen her much since that day off. I am now on leave without pay with is a real hardship on my family until the investigation. Please help me.

Assuming that you are in the private sector, and an at-will employee, you have few rights vis-a-vis your employer in this situation. It is not possible to be more specific without knowing more information.
