Fraudulent Representation?
I interviewed, was offered and accepted a position with a company that basically was very dishonest in the status of the organization as it relates to HR functions. I left my previous company, which I had a great career and left on excellent terms and tenure. Since joining the new organization, the job description is not in alignment or accurately reflective of my actual duties, during the pre-boarding process I was told false information regarding the separation reasons for my predecessors, I was told there were not compliance matters nor legal challenges, and there are a multitude of them including EEOC complaints and a potential 2 more. I made the decision to join this organization based on what I was told and reviewed, and it is not the case.
