Hello I like to know if I can file a discrimination lawsuit against my employer. I was fired and I was verbally abused for something I did not do and for something I did not say. I was fired for something another crew member said about the company. I was
I was fired for something I did not say, and when found out I was not the one who stated these bad things, I was suspended for being late instead, BUT, he kept the bad crew member who was proven to have said those things. Not only that, I've now went from 38 hours, to 14 hours to 9 hours a week after this issue.

Were you actually fired or are you still working under reduced hours?
Were you subject to discrimination as a member of one or more protected classes of employees or does your manager simply not like you which is not illegal?
You definitely need to consult with an employment lawyer. Sounds like you dont be long to any union. If so your manager does not even need a reason to demote or fire you. An employment lawyer can explain in detail why that is true.
