I am being harassed by my one of my employees because of my health condition. What can I do?
I have an employee who I am currently working with HR for a disciplinary issue. He is now saying that my LUPUS is affecting how I manage him and that because of my illness my write-ups are emotionally driven. I'm not even sure how this employee found out that I have this condition. Recently, I was off work due to a flare up and he made a comment to another employee that i take off of work too much. The employee I'm referencing, has been has been sited for negative and hostile behavior. Now I find more difficult to manage this person. I am currently writing a compliant to my direct supervisor about this situation. Is there anything else I can do?
