can a non compete agreement hold if I never even began working for the company
I got "hired" to do private duty nursing for a company but they never gave me an assignment and I could never pick up last minute shifts. Now I have a friend who owns her own company and wants to hire me to do private duty for her clients but she's afraid of the non compete agreement. Can it even hold up if I never even got a pay check from the company.
