I gave my 2 weeks notice and 3 days later learned my department is closing and thjose still employed are getting severance. Can I revoke my notice or do I have any other options?

You can revoke your resignation but the employer can say no. There's a lot of information on the web about this situation. Try searching "revocation of resignation".
