I had to leave early on Monday may 8th to take my wife to the emergency room for a sprained foot, Went to work the next day and they gave me an ultimatum to go from full time to 29 hours and lost all my vacation medical benefits as well as no holidays can this be considered retaliation? Was their for 9.5 years
