I have right to sue from Defh without any proper intake to reviewed my case can I still sue? I have all doc to support wide range of discrimination and need a lawyer who ready and understand the best option to start
32 years old Asian American us citizen and father of 3 young children; was raised by strong hard working parents who gave me foundation to do your job the right way through my work ethics but always been too passive to have a voice and loyal when came down to my superior decisions but now I had a huge dose of discrimination from my company initiated by a group who dominated the ethnic groups and had higher up position including my viewing supervisor and my manager who was referred to be hired by my supervisor which had influence in the ever changing but current higher Vice President and new squired human resources. I was always been discriminated even my first 7 years by this group reported it after threats to sabotage my career with no action after reporting to supervisor and hr but was told it was ok to verbally discipline me due ethnic ties; currently I reported about my manager constant verbal abuse after returning from FMLA due to reporting to quality about unsafe high mechanical machine that was dangerous and he didn't agree after supplying facts and supportive docs but instead constant sabotage and defamation and manipulation to cause my manger not to investigate but demote me; through whole process I experience so much anxiety, Adominal pain, migraines too point I was prescribed antibiotics, antiacid sleep aide and antidepressant but wasn't given any reasonable accommodation to take my medication or breaks for rest room; the day they demoted me I couldn't even see and was taken out of work and placed on disibility leave; I provided and gave all proper documents but was delayed only due to communication with pcp and state disibility office but during the time was constantly harassed by my HR and new aquired hr who harassed my pcp for illegal medical information and accused me of not being disable which I recorded and transcribed; even after submitting documents I felt they force me by blackmailing with my employment and upon return they didn't offer any reasonable accomedation or discuss any alternatives but requested more document that couldn't legally be recieved by a diagnostic facility; I wasn't sent any documents for leave before my disibility leave or when I was released accused of voluntary seperation which caused a domino affect in my sdi and unemployment benefits which didn't receive 6 months later through appeal case. This company caused so much damage even loosing my new car, marriage and home to homeless and worst my mental and physical health. Since my winning appeal I have supportive docs of this company discrimination and need proper represent ive and I also filed first with Eeoc and defh which I obtain right to sue please help 5107786962 employer to be charge located in Richmond ca currently reside in Sacramento ca
