I received a lay off notice of 90 days with 30 days severance pay, but just recieved a job offer from another company. What am I lawfully required to foreclose to the employer that laid me off? Thank you in advance.
I received a lay off notice and severance agreement on 8/31 and received a job offer on 9/1 from another company. What do I lawfully have to disclose to the company that has laid me off?
