I was hired on Feb 6th at a hospital in marietta ohio. 9 days into orientation I got really sick. I had gone to the doctor 3 times in that week trying to get better. I had talked with the nurse supervisor and she told me it was no problem just to make sure I had a doctor's excuse releasing me to co.e back to work. The director of nursing called me and told me to make sure I was well before I came back because as of that moment it was just one occurenece against me and if I came back and was still sick and had to call off work again that would be considered 2 occurrences my doctor released me to go back to work on Monday and the director of nursing called me on the Friday before I was to go back and terminated me. So I got sick on Thursday and called off I was scheduled off on Friday sat and sunday I was still sick and called off monday tues and Thursday and she fired me on friday. Is this legal for her to terminate me
