I was laid off and signed an exit agreement that set a severance pay amount
3 months after, they sent an email to me saying I caused a problem while working there and they are using the remaining severance amount to pay for. Their statement is a lie, and I did not cause this problem. Do I have any recourse? The exit agreement also had an agreement not to sue.
