I was wrongfully terminated (retaliation) oct 2015 offered a severance package but never received it

I was wrongfully terminated oct 2015 via FEDEX letter of seperation. In my leter it offered me a severance package. As I was reviewing it i was notified i wasnt going to get the severance pay anymore bc I didnt sign it and fedex back. I wasnt given a time frame to do this and when was emailed they werent paying me i had only received my notice a week prior! So basically I received letter oct 5 and emailed oct 15 declining my severance. In addition, starting Nov 1-Jan1 they deposited the amount they offered for my monthly severance payment into my bank via direct deposit, then they withdrew it, deposited it and again withdrew it. They did this 2 times every month from Nov-jan!! How do I make sure this company PAYS for wrongful termination (retaliation and discrimination)and then not giving me my severance package and NSF bank charges they caused for depoit and withdrawl every month

I live in Mckinney but they are located in SC.
