IS THE FIRING OF THE OFFICERS RETALIATION ON THE PART OF THE EMPLOYER (MANAGEMENT COMPANY)?
A GROUP OF POLICE OFFICERS WERE WORKING AN EXTRA JOB AT 2 OFFICE BUILDINGS. AN ATTORNEY (TENANT) HOLDING A CONCEAL LICENSE TO CARRY A GUN WAS ARRESTED FOR PULLING HIS HANDGUN AND SHOWING IT TO TWO COMPLAINANTS OVER AN ALTERCATION OVER A PARKING SPACE. THE EMPLOYER (MANAGEMENT FROM THE BUILDING) FIRED ALL THE OFFICERS OVER THE ARRESTED ATTORNEY TELLING MANAGEMENT IF THEY DIDNT FIRE US, THEY WOULD MOVE OUT OF THEIR $250,000.00 A YEAR LEASE SPACE. OUR EMPLOYER (THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY) RETALIATED AGAINST THE POLICE AND FIRED ALL OF US FROM THE EXTRA JOB. IS THIS RETALIATION?

I think you should explore whether you have a claim to make against the attorney who caused y'all to be terminated. There's a legal theory called "tortious interference with contract" that could be applicable to your situation. Talk to a lawyer about that possibility.
