If I am an LLC and clean for a company it was not told I was laid off and I'm now struggling to pay my bills and my business went under because of this what do I do can I get unemployment

I recently worked for a company then they went under and the company that they were working for cleaning decided to hire me to clean for them which I did for my own LLC after 3 years of working for their company receiving a paycheck every week to my company they then told my husband that they didn't want me to come back the next day which weren't they supposed to tell me as a company that I could not come back or legally write it in a legal form what I'm trying to find out is if I get unemployment because I've had nothing but bad luck in search of another job and didn't know what to do and my company went under because I wasn't able to pay for reinstating the licensing
