If a contractor in TX accepts a full-time job from a client, did they violate a non-compete clause?

I have been doing contract work in Texas through a recruiting firm for a client for a little over a year and the client is offering me a full-time job in the same role. My recruiting firm put a clause in my contract saying that, "In the event of termination for any reason whatsoever, the employee shall not for a period of one year from the date of termination, directly or indirectly, provide services to any client where employee previously provided services on behalf of the firm or introduced by the firm." As such, am I violating the agreement if I accept the full-time offer?
