If my employer made false statement about me then discharge me he is trying to get back at me because I have 3workers comp cases against him what do I do I need my job and what my employer said I did I really didn't do

I was hurt on a school bus 3diffrent times back to back I was off work for 4months I return 9/15/2016 when I return he started harassing me /created a hostile environment for me /retaliation and discrimination against me so I went to my union rep and told her but she didn't do anything about so I went to the court house and fill out the court papers on him but he continue to bother me so I went to the union president on Tuesday and Wednesday I was suspended my employer didn't tell me why or the my union but 14days later he tells me I said to a co worker pow pow bang die white bitch I'm so upset in my personal files I have no write ups I been there 7years and now he pull this I'm so hurt can u Also my union is getting paid by me but he is working under the table by the company please help me can u a lease point me in the right direction
