If my employer never said u r fired but basically stood over me told me took pack my tools or if I didn't they would put my grooming tools 600$ worth I might add outside for ne1 to take then tell me I'm the 1 who said I was quiting when I never said that

I was asked a week prior to come in early so I did this is on 12/21/16 then out of nowhere I'm being approached by an old manager n the investigator they said oh we figured out the 1st time we were wrong about u but now we have proof I'm taking $ from customers 45$ exactly putting 35 aside 4myself then printing a ticket paying only 10$ I said this isn't true I no because I never did it! Then I ask for proof of this no proof can be given they keep telling me but we know! I said no I don't I never did that then I say I shouldn't have to do this I didn't do anything he said ok so u quit I said no I never said that he said yea u did I said no I didn't he told me to pack my stuff I said can come back he said if I leave it they will pack it n leave it outside for me to take this is 600$ worth of grooming equipment I asked ok r u firing me they say no we r respecting your wishes 2quite I then again said I never said that they grabbed garbage bags n gave them to me what should I do from here this is obviously something either they planned on doing for what reason I don't no!
