Im in louisiana and am working for a contractor small buisness in a food refinery. Hes never copied my drivers license or given me a w2 or 1099 and i work 2 months usually without a day off i get no benefits or overtime there's no health insurance nothing

Sorry my question was so long this is my first time posting a question i didn't know about the details box anyway. I've worked for this man for 5 years and ive watched and had to work with a physical loud steroid user that brags about choking out a Jefferson parish cop during a dui he was being pulled over. I just got 7 days off right before Christmas for showing up 5 minutes late because my daughter threw up on herself so i stopped to clean her up and called my boss to tell him he told me to go home try again next Monday and started yelling that i should have a new truck but buy heroin which i do not he has had employees that did but has never done a drug test on anybody i want to take one to prove to him im not on the drugs but he believes i am and he tells everyone at the refinery that that's what i do and he fired me because im on heroin even though he has no evidence of this because there is none and then when i showed up the next monday he remembered he didn't fire he just gave me a week off and everyone at the refinery was coming up to me telling me how my employer told everyone that he fired me for drugs and some were ridiculous with how they treated me after he told everyone people steadyhharassed me about it now making stupid jokes about it anyway i just need some help figuring out what all laws he is breaking i know he cheats his taxes as well he has me fill out the job description/time book he makes me do at home most times with no pay and i work 12 hours a day most days and never have gotten overtime at wich he said i would get after 90 days but ive worked there for 5 years and still do because i haven't been able to get work anywhere else i think because i used him as a reference since this is the only refinery job ive ever had its the only relevant job experience for the jobs ive applied for. I could go on and on about him but basically a bad situation i just need to know what i can do? What kind of suite do i have? How far back can i get my unpaid overtime from him?
