In Ca. If I was hurt on the job. An OSHA recordable. Can they change my shift on me while on work restrictions?

I have a torn labrum in my left shoulder that happened at work. Job care has me on work restrictions. My reg shift is 9-1730. They(work) has complely changed my shift to a 1400-2230 shift. To reasonably accommodate my restrictions. Is this legal?

Pursuant to Labor Code 132(a) it is illegal to discriminate against a person because of a work related injury. I would need more details to determine if the change in your work shift was for a discriminatory reason. Feel free to call me if you would like a free consultation. 714-975-8054.
