Is it discrimantory if a person was terminated for poor performance and offered severance, then a month later a second employee in the same role was terminated for the same reason but not offered severance?
Is there a case for discrimination if an two employees were terminated in the same role a month apart for poor performance and one received severance and the other did not. Could the employee that did not receive severance have a suit?
