Ive been demoted thus said my personal life but my newborn son has been in the hospital since his birth in june an my wife has been in an out as well but I came to work on days I wasnt with my wife an my son was having surgery was I wrongfully demoted

I took off to see my son born but their were unseen complication my son rushed to another hospital my wife on life support .keep my employer informed on everything going on it was fine then I came back three weeks after an was almost fired for doing something I was informed to do. Cleared it up now my wife was back in hospital an son just had hopefully last surgery an now I get demoted due to (personal problems dont want to fire you still want ur work exp) is what I was informed so pretty much same job just less pay without benefits
