Multi-Discrimination

This took place during normal business hours on/at my personal work station, involved over 10 employee's/co-workers/mgmt/HR all discriminated against me with throwing objects at me, forcing me to resign, racial profiling, false disciplinary actions & retaliation started after I reported this to EEOC. My question is during mediation how should I ask for compensation or should I ask for Right To Sue and take them to court? P.S. I have most of the wrong doing recorded even the Diretor of CEO retaliated against me.

retaliation

I would get a lawyer to go to the mediation with you and present a damage model. I would not ask for a right to sue until you have gone through mediation and you have a lawyer. Once you get the right to sue, you have either 60 days to file in state court or 90 days to file in federal court.
