My boss owns two businesses and is never at the one that I worked at I worked for him for a year he recently let me go under the grounds that one of my Co workers said I was not doing my job I had not been issued a warning of any kind I went to get on une

I was working for a tire shop in magnolia and in 1 year had achieved the top position I worked in this position for another year until the buisness in question appoached me and offered me more money needless to say I took the job and worked for a year the buisness was not doing very well and the boss hired a new employee that I was informed was the new secretary she and I did not get along from day one I tried to be polite and friendly and joke with her but I could tell she didn't like me after about 3 months of her being there the boss showed up and I was asked to step out of the office while they talked my Co worker came out and told me he had to let me go that the shop couldn't afford another hand so I turned in my uniforms and left I went to file for unemployment and they contested stating I was fired for not doing my job I was not giving any warning verbal or written for this and now they are telling the unemployment office that I have another job and have been working there even before I was let go they told the unemployment office I would brag about being paid cash by the other employer so that I would qualify for foodstamps these are serious alligations and I don't know what to do or what I have done to deserve this in my time at the job I enjoyed it and thought to be doing what I was hired to do please help me because I feel like I'm getting railroaded and fear my name will be bismerched
