My employer is unfairly targeting me.
I work in law enforcement and was accused of a crime. I was cleared criminally and now the admin are continuing to go after me while in the past if people were cleared they left them alone. I feel like they are unfairly going after me because i'm a young officer. People inside the Dept leaked information to others outside about the accusations and i'm being questioned about that also.

Unless you can articulate a unlawful basis that would show that the reason for the difference in treatment between your situation and the ones the admin decided to leave alone,I do not see from your description a basis for any legal action on your part.
If you really want to find out what your options are or to explore whether there is some illegal motivation, you may want to sit down with an employment lawyer and go through everything.
