My employment just sent me an email stating I have to repay the sign-on bonus.
I was fired because of a workers comp injury, which required me to go to the hospital. When I arrived at the hospital, the hospital ER doctor requested a urinalysis, and it tested positive for CBD. By the way, I work in the medical field but in no way inebriated while on the job. I have PTSD and use it to help sleep.
