Do we have a leg to stand on with PTSD and medication fail?

My husband has ptsd, recently his medication was changed and it did not agree with him. He had a melt down and had to be taken to the hospital for evaluation, Of course he missed work and his boss would not talk to him for a week after the incident. He finally talked to him and told him everything is fine it's like nothing happened, but a lot happened, his run has been taken away and the miles he drives cut drastically. Looks like he is trying to have my husband quit. Can we do anything?

You may be able to. Our disability laws and the FMLA may apply here. Contact a lawyer right away and best of luck.
