My line of business in Iowa is closing. We were told on 10/31/17, my last date of actual work is 11/30/17 and effective date of employment terminating is 12/31/17. The entire Iowa division is done. The company still exists and has other companies in other states. Hundreds of employees were terminated with an effective date of 12/31/17. Thousands work for the company. Quite a few of us are not fully vested due to being laid off ranging 1 week to 2 months before we hit 2 years. Does the IRS Partial Termination apply here, or no? Thank you! Ashley
