Need representative knowledgeable about USPS policies

I am a US Postal Service employee. I was charged with sexual harassment and issued a letter of warning in lieu of 14-day suspension (reduced on appeal to 7-day suspension). I was moved from my private office to a corner of a supply room at another facility, where I have worked for the past year.
My manager wants to move me back to the district office but wants to meet with me and the manager of human resources to discuss the conditions. Based on previous discussions with him I believe his conditions involve agreeing with certain opinions of his that are not based on any policy. He has also
expressed his belief that he would be exposing the Postal Service to liability if he allowed me to move back without meeting his conditions. A previous meeting with him and a supposedly neutral observer from EEO degenerated into an argument over a policy issue on which both of them used illogical
arguments and was settled only when I got the manager of EEO involved and my manager finally admitted he was wrong. He wants to meet again this Friday and I told him I wanted to have legal representation, to which he agreed. So I am looking for an attorney in the Seattle area, preferably one who is
knowledgeable about Postal policies and related legal issues, to represent me.

I can go to the meeting

Dear Ken,

I have worked on post office cases in the past. Where is the meeting? I am in Fremont (Seattle). I have a meeting that ends at 9:00 am, and one that starts at 2:00. So if the meeting fits around those times and you want to talk about me attending, let me know.
