Non compete with global consequences?
I signed a non compete that says I can not work for a competitor for 6 months. No I will never do that again. After speaking two a few other salespeople I know they tell me the agreement is too broad and can not be enforced. The language says I can not work for any competitor anywhere on planet Earth (global is the exact language). Is this true?

Probably not enforceable. There may also be many other defenses to enforcement. I am located in Broward County and can further consult with you after review of the non-compete document
