On medical leave and won't allow me to return to work.
Worked for 20 years for big 3 company.
On disability for depression/anxiety from work at the company and put into supervisor role and not trained nor paid for that duty. Put on medical leave by company doc for 6 months.
Now told not to return since there are no jobs with my restrictions of no supervision. And I worked there for 20 years and there was always a job?

Under the brief facts you have given, I do not believe you have a FMLA or disability case against the company. However, you may have a workers compensation claim that should be pursued. You should check with attorneys in your area who handle workers comp
