Severance package includes continuation of health benefit until end of severance period
as long as I pay my portion to COBRA. At the time of notice, I asked about the rate and was told by HR they would get this for me. Now I am told that they would not tell me the amount until I returned the signed agreement. Is this legal- or considered non-disclosure?
