Should I get a lawyer to handle my religious discrimination claim, will it be free?

I was terminated after day 7 of working for telling my employer that I will honor my religion. Before I began the job, I was told that I would be able to get Saturdays off because I am Jewish. I hadnt yet missed any days or been late. But I was told that I was terminated for "not following the schedule". Before this happened, the employer left me a voicemail and an email telling me that they dont make accomodation for christians so they cant do it for "others". I still have both the voicemail and email. Should I stick with the EEOC and let them handle the case or should I hire a lawyer and if so are there any "you dont pay unless you collect" lawyers for this type of discrimination?
Thank You
